Animation vocabulary
Turns a vague description of a motion effect into its proper name, so you can ask an agent or a designer for exactly what you mean.
When to use it
- You can describe an effect but don’t know what it’s called.
- You want a precise word to put in a prompt or a design brief.
- Two people are describing the same motion in different ways.
It names effects; it doesn’t design or build them.
A practical example
You ask
“What’s it called when a popover sort of bounces as it opens?”
Your agent does
It names the effect, explains what makes it look that way and suggests how to describe it in a request.
What gets installed
