Web animation
Adds purposeful, accessible motion to components, pages, scrolling, gestures, SVG and canvas, with sensible timing and a reduced-motion fallback.
When to use it
- You are adding an entrance, transition or gesture to a web interface.
- A component needs motion that explains a change instead of decorating it.
- You want motion that stays smooth and respects reduced-motion settings.
To audit motion that already exists, use Review animations instead.
A practical example
You ask
“Animate the settings drawer so it slides in from the right and can be interrupted halfway.”
Your agent does
It picks the properties, duration and easing, builds an interruptible transition and adds a reduced-motion version.
