Notion meeting prep
Prepares meeting materials from Notion context and research, such as agendas and pre-reads tailored to the people attending.
When to use it
- You have a meeting coming up and scattered notes in Notion.
- Attendees need a pre-read before the call.
- An agenda should reflect what each person cares about.
A practical example
You ask
“Prepare an agenda and pre-read for Thursday’s roadmap review.”
Your agent does
It gathers the relevant Notion pages, drafts an agenda and writes a short pre-read for attendees.
